Ralph is an experienced and passionate entrepreneur established in Luxembourg. He started his career as a professional airline pilot before accepting an executive management position in a local company active in the industrial equipment and services sector. Since acquiring the company in 2011, he has successfully co-founded or acquired other companies in Luxembourg and Belgium. In his different roles Ralph has accumulated knowledge in general management, corporate strategy business development, digitalization, and digital marketing and benefits from a quite diversified experience in the industrial equipment, industrial services and vocational training sectors. As an ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) Certified Director he serves on the board of several small to medium sized private companies and on the board of the Luxembourgish national Accident Insurance Association, a public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Security, responsible for prevention and compensation regarding occupational accidents and diseases. As a member of the Luxembourgish Business Angel Network, Ralph has been actively investing in a number of Luxembourgish and international start-ups since 2018. Ralph holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Trier University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from Sacred Heart University Luxembourg. He speaks fluent German, French, English and Luxembourgish.
