Sabrina is a counsel with the Corporate M&A department at Stibbe Luxembourg. She assists clients in a broad range of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructurings, liquidations and joint ventures.

Sabrina holds a double law degree in English and French Law from King’s College London and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She obtained a master’s degree in European Business from ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and London and a master’s degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. 
Sabrina is admitted to the Luxembourg and Paris Bars. She was also admitted to the role of solicitors of England and Wales in 2012.

Prior to joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2017, Sabrina worked for six years as a lawyer in the energy and infrastructure department of the Paris office of an international law firm. She also worked one year in the general corporate and litigation departments of the London office of that same law firm.
Sabrina speaks fluently English and French.
