    • Biography

    I joined KPMG as Director of the Corporate Services team mid of June 2024. Prior to this I was Senior Manager in the Corporate Secretary team with Deloitte Luxembourg for 6 years. Before I was working as Relationship Manager in a trust company in Luxembourg and in the financial engineering departments of two leading French private banks.

    During my carreer, I was dealing with the management of all aspects of companies’ life such as incorporation, diissolution, amendment of structuration, board and management meetings and day-to-day company management.

    I have around 32 years of experience in dealing with corporate secretary and domiciliary functions.

    I am also certified in Company Secretarial & Governance Practice (CGO).
