    • Biography

    Sergey Lebedev is a senior technology leader who specializes in architecting solutions for the most critical technology challenges, primarily within financial services. Operating at the nexus of strategy, technology, and execution, he delivers frameworks that satisfy the board, the customer, and the regulator, and is sought after when the stakes are high and the path forward is complex.

    His expertise spans several key areas. Sergey guides boards and executive teams through complex technology decisions, designing architectures and roadmaps that drive growth and manage ICT regulatory risk. He leads the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical initiatives, from launching new AI-driven products to spearheading complete digital overhauls. Furthermore, he directs technology workstreams for complex M&A deals and, drawing on his experience as a founder, provides strategic guidance to venture capital partners and startups.

    Mr. Lebedev's track record includes launching FinTech products, building regulated ICT governance frameworks, and spearheading a complete digital transformations. He also directed the successful technology spin-off and post-merger integration for a US$424M UniCredit Group acquisition and has founded two fintech companies.

    This extensive experience is supported by a Master of Science in Computer Science, a Stanford Machine Learning Certification, and qualifications in TOGAF, PRINCE2, Scrum, and AWS Cloud. His expertise in corporate governance is further solidified by completing the rigorous ILA Associate Director Certification program.
