Aude Lemogne started her career in 1999 as an equity portfolio trader and portfolio manager in New York for Credit Lyonnais, specializing in event-driven equity strategies. Subsequently she set up the European risk-arbitrage desk for Millennium Partners in London and later became a Senior Risk Arbitrage specialist for ICAP.

In 2009, Aude co-founded Link Management, an art wealth management firm, which manages acquisitions and sales of multimillion works of art ranging from impressionism to contemporary art for private collectors and family offices. In 2017, Link Management was launched, in partnership with the banking Group Reyl & Cie, and the art lending firm Griffin Art Partners, a securitization vehicle that structures asset-backed loans using art as collateral.

She is a member of the Board of Directors and chairman of the audit committee of AXA Wealth Europe since 2016 and sits on multiple boards such as Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Luxembourg.
