André Mai is a member of the Directors' Office of Hauck & Aufhäuser Administration Services S.A., a unit whose task it is to act as a mandate holder in various investment structure in order to ensure seamless corporate governance within the structures and at the same time fulfil the requirements of the supervisory authorities, which have increased significantly in recent years.

In addition to his role non-executive director in various investment structures, André assumes the role as first point of contact in the Directors' Office for all legal, regulatory and compliance (in particular anti-money laundering) questions of the clients and his colleagues.

Before joining the Directors' Office, he was an investment management and funds lawyer with two international law firms in Luxembourg.

André holds a legal diploma from the University Trier.
