Loris Maillet is an Authorised Manager of 1945 Fund Services, a specialised Professionnel du Secteur Financier, providing Central Administration and Domiciliation services to Alternative Investment Funds.

He has dedicated his entire professional career to the Luxembourg financial landscape, specialising as an external auditor of investment funds, private equity structures and investment fund managers. With a tenure spanning over a decade, he has held managerial roles at PwC Luxembourg, Deloitte Luxembourg, and Forvis Mazars, where he achieved the position of Director within the audit department.

Loris acquired an expertise of the Investment Funds and Private Equity sectors on both regulatory and operational aspects.

He is also specialised in the fields of internal audit, regulatory compliance and operational risk management for the Financial Services Industry.

He holds a Master in Law from Lorraine University, and a Master in Finance and Audit from ICN Business School.
