    Nadia  MANZARI

    Founder and partner of MANZARI Legal a Luxembourg law firm focusing on tech law, financial services, FinTech, AML/CTF, regulatory, compliance, corporate governance and innovation. My passion lies deeply in pioneering within the Fintech sector.

    With over two decades in finance, I have played a significant role in shaping and nurturing the payment and FinTech ecosystem in Luxembourg.

    Between 2018 to 2023, I held a partnership position at Schiltz & Schiltz S.A.. My professional journey commenced in 2001 at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF, the Luxembourg financial industry regulator) where I took the helm of the Innovation, Payments, Markets Infrastructures and Governance Department.

    My expertise regularly leads me to speak at national and international forums sharing insights on diverse areas such as payment services, tech law, financial technologies, artificial intelligence, crypto assets, AML/CTF and corporate governance.

    Currently, I am also a lecturer for FinTech and digital finance law and regulation in the Master in Finance Economics and Tech law (MScFE) at the University of Luxembourg. My teachings also encompass corporate governance, technology law and financial regulations.
