Biography

Prior to joining KPMG Luxembourg, Xavier worked with three important professional services firms located in Belgium (9 years) and Luxembourg (7 years). He also gained a complementary experience in the HR Department of a major international private bank, where he acted as Head Compensation and Benefits in Luxembourg and Head of HR for the Belgian branch.

Xavier holds a Master Degree in Law as well as a DES in Tax Law both obtained at the University of Liège (Belgium).

Xavier mainly specializes in executive reward and compensation, immigration, international mobility, social security matters as well as advices on HR and regulatory remuneration related topics.

Specialized in the Financial Industry but also active in Commercial and Industrial international companies. Areas of expertise include:

  • Supervising major clients global mobility of employees, both from an advisor and internal HR perspective;

  • Design Global Mobility policies;

  • Design of tax efficient remuneration packages;

  • Advice on HR related topics and processes;

  • Design of remuneration policies in line with CRDIII/IV; AIFMD; UCITSV.
