With a proven track record of success and based in Luxembourg, Daniela has served as a trusted advisor to various international organizations, providing strategic guidance and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

With a strong academic background in economics and finance, Daniela started her career as an auditor at a leading accounting firm, where she used her auditing skills in various industries (banks, insurance companies, investment funds…). This early experience laid the foundation for her deep understanding of the importance of robust internal control systems and the need for effective risk management.

Over the years, Daniela has held key leadership positions in renowned banks, spent more than a decade working for PayPal and its financial institution, spearheading the audit, risk and global entity management functions, interacting with various boards and audit committees across the world. Her ability to speak six languages, identify and mitigate risks, while simultaneously ensuring compliance with complex regulations, has consistently resulted in improved operational efficiency and enhanced corporate governance.
