Frédéric Mouchel is an independent non-executive director working in the financial industry in Luxembourg and London. He currently hold various mandates with Columbia Threadneedle International including the chair of the board of the two main UK Investment companies of the US asset management group.
Fred is also a member of the Board of ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) since 2020 and is currently chairing the Finance & Risk Committee of the ILA Board. 
Until May 2024, Fred chaired the board of RBC Investor Services Bank SA. After being bought by CACEIS  the company has now been integrated within the group.
Prior to embracing his INED career in 2019, Fred was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase where he worked for 32 years in Paris, London and finally Luxembourg as CEO of their banking activities. From 2007 to 2015, he was JPMorgan’s Europe Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) Treasurer. For 10 years he also held various director mandates on the board of JPMorgan’s subsidiaries in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Luxembourg.
Fred completed the INSEAD IDP program in 2021 and is also an ILA certified Director. He holds a Master from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers - France (ESSCA).  He speaks fluent French and English and conversional Italian.
