Jean-Pascal Nepper is a Non-Executive Director and Member & Chair of Nomination & Remuneration Committees in the boards of several institutions in Luxembourg. Jean-Pascal also serves as the Co-Chair of the ILA Nomination & Remuneration Working Committee.

Jean-Pascal began his career in 1997 as a Relationship Manager in Private Banking and Wealth Management. In 2001, he joined KPMG as a Management Consultant, where he led and delivered transformation projects in Strategy, Customer Experience Enhancement, Digital & Innovation, Operational Efficiency, and Human Resources. Promoted to Partner in 2011, he has held multiple senior leadership positions within the Firm, incl. Head of Consulting and Head of Banking & Insurance. In 2023, he transitioned to a role as a Non-Executive Director.

Jean-Pascal holds a Master’s in Management and a Master’s in Translation and Interpretation French-English-Russian. He has also completed the INSEAD International Directors Programme and is an alumnus of the London Business School Senior Executive Programme.
