Raymond Norris is currently the Global Vice President of Health, Safety, Environment and Business Continuity for the Goodyear Corporation based out of Luxembourg. The role covers full accountability and responsibility for all aspects of HSE and Business Continuity Planning from Strategy to execution for their Global Operations.

Prior to his recent promotion Ray was the Operations Director for Commercial Tires in EMEA for 8 years since joining Goodyear in 2015, with responsibility for Operations in Europe, Turkey and South Africa.

He has previously held various Operations Executive positions during his 25 years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation ranging from Plant Director, Supply Chain Director and Senior Director of their World Class Product Supply Centre of Excellence based in Neenah, Wisconsin, USA where he was responsible for their Lean Transformation.

Raymond has served on the board of Directors for Goodyear SA and Goodyear Mounting Solutions SA since joining the company in 2015.
