Stephen Osmont joined Advent in 2019 and is a Director of Portfolio Management and Finance, based in Luxembourg. He serves as the Conducting Officer responsible for portfolio management, finance, and IT for Advent International Fund Manager S.à r.l. in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Advent, Stephen was a Director and Head of private debt fund administration at the Aztec Group in Luxembourg. Before joining Aztec, Stephen spent 13 years at Elian Fiduciary Services, where he held a number of different roles within the fund and corporate administration sector.

Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied and Environmental Geology from the University of Birmingham in the UK. He is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
