    • Biography

    Benoît Paquay serves as an independent director on the board of various funds and management companies.  He is a partner at Adeis and has more than 20 years of experience in the fund investment industry, with various positions linked to asset management, risk management, valuation and corporate governance. 

    Benoît holds a MSc in electro-mechanical engineering and a MBA from Belgium, UK and Germany.

    He is also a CFA charterholder, a Certified Director both from INSEAD (IDP-C) and from ILA in Luxembourg with contribution to newsletters and recently received the Fund Governance Expert certification from ILA.

    He has also gained in-depth knowledge in matters such as information security, cyber security and digital change and obtained an INSEAD Certification in Digital Strategy and a Certification of Trainer in Information Security from 3C/CASES in Luxembourg.
