Maurice was an auditor (DAP Réviseur) and corporate finance advisor at KPMG before joining the corporate world to participate in the transition of an industrial joint-venture into a management-led and private equity sponsored metals and energy products global leading trading group. Maurice is also sitting on the board of a number of holding and financing entities in various industrial sectors, including real estate funding, securitization and reinsurance. In his past as corporate finance consultant, Maurice was involved in initiatives to promote entrepreneurship in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, and in intellectual property commercialization/licensing. He is a sworn expert in finance and accounting at the Tribunal d’Arrondissement (Luxembourg).
