For more than 16 years in the Luxembourg financial centre Henrik Pöhle has gained extensive expertise in various functions in the investment fund industry. 
 
After starting out in various areas of custodian tasks, he moved to the depositary and for more than a decade performend controls of investment funds in the liquid and illiquid sectors. For more then 5 years he was the team leader at the depositary of Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbank AG, Niederlassung Luxemburg for Alternative Investment Funds.
 
Today, Henrik acts as mandatary for regulated and unregulated fund and investment structures in asset classes such as private equity, private debt, infrastructure, renewables, real estate, venture capital, etc.
 
Since October 2023 he is also Head of Directors’ Office at Hauck & Aufhäuser Alternative Investment Services S.A. managing employees who are mandatary for regulated and unregulated fund and investment structures.
