Biography

Luc is an independent non-executive director with over 20 years’ experience in Asset Management, specialising in funds and management companies, including UCITS funds, AIFs, Management companies and AIFMs.

Prior to being an Independent Director in 2018, he has been working in an Audit Big Four in Luxembourg and New York, specializing in asset management and investment funds. 

Over the past years, he has developed a deep knowledge of the Luxembourg Fund industry and understanding of the different regulatory and governance requirements and has significant knowledge of auditing and accounting, internal control, compliance and operational issues.

Luc holds the Certificat de formation complémentaire des candidats réviseurs d’entreprises (Luxembourg), a Master Degree at SKEMA Management School (Lille, France) and the Diplôme d'études comptables et financières (DECF/DCG, France).
