Paul, IDP-C, is a seasoned ILA certified independent director and consultant with twenty years’ experience in the Fund and Corporate Services sector in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

During his career he has hold various CSSF approved board positions in regulated funds and securitization vehicles as well as non-regulated holding and property companies owned by investment firms, multinationals and HNWI.

He was involved in USD1+ billion transactions such as acquisitions, restructurings and bond issuances.

Prior to incorporating Calodyne Management Paul was a CCSF authorized manager of Intertrust, a global leader in providing administrative services to clients operating and investing in the international business environment.

In his last role Paul acted as Chief Operations Officer to ensure the successful implementation of various projects including but not limited to Global Process Optimization, Post Merger Integration and Business Digitalization of the company.

Preceding the COO position, in 2013 Paul took the role of Director Client Services. He was responsible for the ATC - Intertrust integration, and for growing the operational teams to 300 people and growing the turnover from EUR 60 to EUR 80 million.

Paul is fluent in English and Dutch and business level in French. He has obtained a master’s degree in Fiscal Economy from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands as well as an Investment Foundation Certificate issued by the CFA Institute.
