Christof Schwarz is a Legal Manager within the Real Estate Business Unit at Alter Domus Luxembourg, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of regulated, semi-regulated, and unregulated funds, including some of the most prominent players in the European real estate market. He also supports Alter Domus’ German Desk, managing structures across private equity, infrastructure, and fund-of-funds sectors.

His responsibilities span corporate governance, legal structuring, and strategic client support. Christof actively contributes to internal training initiatives and legal projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and innovation in governance practices. He also holds directorship mandates in several client entities.

Christof is a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Chilean Bar since 2016. He holds a Master of Laws in Law and Economics from Utrecht University in the Netherlands (2020) and is fluent in English, German, and Spanish.
