Kavita joined Citco in July 2021 as Head of Europe Corporate Secretarial Services and is based in Luxembourg. She previously worked for Northern Trust Global Services Ltd, as General Secretary and Head of Corporate and Domiciliary Services for the Luxembourg office.  

Kavita began her career in corporate secretarial services with Maples and Calder in their Cayman Islands and London offices.  Following which, she worked for BlueBay Asset Management Company SA and ManagementPlus (Luxembourg) SA managing the corporate secretarial services of a broad portfolio of fund structures across numerous jurisdictions.

Kavita has over 17 years of experience in the industry. She holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University, an MBA from Richmond University, in London and is an ILA Certified Company Secretary.
