    • Biography

    Vincent joined Banque de Luxembourg in 2000 after completing a MSc degree in Financial Engineering and Economics (HEC Liège).

    He was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in 2006 and then Chief Internal Auditor in 2010 which gave him the opportunity to oversee all the activities of the bank, to have a direct reporting line to the CEO and to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and to be a contact person for Prudential Authorities.

    From 2014, he implemented the depositary duties and oversight activity requested from AIFMD and UCITS V and became the person in charge of the Depositary bank business line  (CSSF Circular 16/644 & 18/697).

    In 2021, he became Deputy Head of Asset Servicing in charge of operations and control coordination.

    Since beginning of 2024, he took the responsibility of the Fund & Institutional Clients business line, Business Development and the Commercial Coordination, still as Deputy Head of Asset Servicing.
