Sascha Wiltz is Head of Luxembourg and Head of Controlling responsible for the German Real Estate Portfolio of CLS Holdings plc, a commercial property investment company listed on the Premium Main Market on the London Stock Exchange (FTSE 250), with a £2.21bn portfolio in the UK, Germany and France. 

He is responsible for full compliance of the Luxembourg entities, financial control over all business operations as well as timely and accurate reporting of the results of the German Real Estate business to the Group Head Office in London. He is acting as Director for 30 Luxembourg PropCos representing € 1.1 bn AuM and € 50m of annual rental income.

Previously, he was a Team Leader in SPV & Fund Controlling department of Triton Partners, a German / Swedish Private Equity House headquartered in London. At Triton he was responsible for all financial aspects of 60 SPVs and 2 RAIFs within the Triton smaller mid-cap market buyout fund structures including 16 deals with €1.2 bn AuM.

Sascha is ACCA qualified and holds a master degree in accounting and audit from the university of Saarland. 

He is fluent in German and English.
