AHMADOVA Vusala, Vistra Fund Management SA

Vusala has held various roles as a Valuation Expert most recently serving as a Conducting Officer for Valuations and NAV Oversight at Vistra Fund Management S.A. Prior to joining fund management industry as a Conducting Officer, Vusala was responsible for reviewing and auditing valuations of private equity, private debt and other illiquid assets for clients across different stages and strategies (Seed, Ventures, Growth, Buyout, Private Debt, Private Equity, Technology, Infrastructure, etc.) as a Senior Manager at Valuation for Audit (VfA) Unit in KPMG Luxembourg. 
With over 20 years in finance, Vusala began her career in 2005 as auditor in PwC Baku and has since held various roles spanning transformation, strategic and operational finance, systems, processes and controls design and valuations at different stages of her career.
Vusala is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Fellow member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She holds MSc in Professional Accountancy from University of London.
