BECKER Sonja, LPEA

Sonja is Head of Business Development at the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA).

Prior to joining LPEA, she spent over a decade with Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe in Luxembourg, where she drove business development by supporting asset managers and institutional clients in their sales and marketing activities.

Most recently, she served as Head of Business Development at Zortify, a Luxembourg-based HR tech startup.

Sonja combines the structured experience of the corporate world with the agility of the startup ecosystem and is passionate about building strong networks and lasting relationships.
