Benoît de Changy is the CEO and Conducting Officer in Risk and Compliance at Vault AM, a third-party AIFM catering to family offices, entrepreneurs, and feeder funds. With strong expertise in venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), and funds of funds, he specializes in managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). His focus is on developing tailored fund strategies that facilitate clients' transitions into fund structures.

Bringing over 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, Benoît co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Fundcraft, where he played a key role in shaping the operational strategy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and streamlining processes for effective fund management. His extensive background also includes managing UHNWI portfolios at Alter Domus, where he oversaw investments in private equity, real estate, and securitization vehicles for more than a decade.

Additionally, Benoît gained valuable consolidation experience at PwC Luxembourg, contributing to the financial oversight of a listed real estate company with over 200 affiliated undertakings. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Business Administration from the Louvain School of Management (LSM) and is certified in Global Fund Risk Management (GFR). This combination of academic qualifications and practical expertise enables Benoît to deliver effective risk management and compliance solutions for his clients. He is fluent in French and English.
