DOENGES Désirée, ALFI - Association luxembourgeoise des fonds d'investissement

Désirée Doenges joined ALFI’s legal department in January 2020. At ALFI, she handles files on regulatory and legal topics and is involved in the work of the association’s technical committees. In particular, Désirée coordinates the ALFI working groups on responsible investing, MiFID investor protection, Money Market Funds, UCITS Eligible Assets and German Tax. Furthermore, she is involved in several Committees at EFAMA level as well as the Sustainability Committee of IIFA.

Before joining ALFI, she worked as a Senior Tax Adviser at KPMG, specialized in financial services related tax matters.

She holds a second State’s exam in German law with a specialisation in administrative law and a diploma in Luxembourg taxation. She speaks fluently German and English and has good knowledge of French and Luxemburgish.
