FABER Jean-Pierre, CSSF

In 2016, Jean-Pierre has been appointed Director of the CSSF, responsible for the areas of administration, finance and human resources. He is notably in charge of the implementation of the CSSF 4.0 transformation strategy. He has been reappointed for a second 5-year term in September 2021.

Jean-Pierre Faber began his career at the consulting firm Arthur Andersen, before joining Ernst & Young in Luxembourg, where he worked on organisational, financial and IT issues for national and international clients. In 2010, he acted as Director of Operations in charge of implementing the group strategy in relation to the support functions, IT and the construction of the new headquarters in Luxembourg.
