FROUMOUTH Julien, SPUERKEESS

With almost 20 years’ experience as a consultant and project lead in various institutions in Luxembourg, Julien Froumouth is now serving as the Head of Sustainability at Spuerkeess where he’s in charge of coordinating and delivering the ESG strategy of the Bank.

He was previously leading the Sustainability area of the Association des Banques et Banquiers, Luxembourg (ABBL) where he has been spearheading numerous initiatives to promote sustainable practices within the banking sector.

Julien has also played a key role in organizing high-profile events and conferences focused on sustainable finance, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss emerging trends and best practices. His efforts have helped position Luxembourg and now Spuerkeess as thought leaders in the field and have contributed to the growth of sustainable finance initiatives in the Grand-Duchy.

Julien keeps on fostering collaboration among sustainability experts in Luxembourg and abroad to develop sustainable finance products and services tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients in the field. Julien holds a master’s degree from the Toulouse Business School, and he is certified in responsible investing and sustainable finance.
