GOLDMAN-MALKA Eran

Eran Goldman-Malka is a cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of experience. Eran is an executive manager in various startups and has over five years of experience sitting on various boards and holding board seats in executive and non-executive roles. Eran has a strong background in the Digital field, an MBA focusing on innovative companies, and industry certificates like CISSP. 
Eran has gained more than 20 years of practical professional experience in governmental, public companies, and startup roles.
He took his first role on a Board of Directors in 2008, on the board of GMiT, a startup in the construction tech field, initially as an Executive Director (CEO).  Later, Eran took his second board role at Aumint.io as an Executive Director (CEO). 
Eran moved to Luxembourg seven years ago and volunteers as a tech expert in the CGDIS aquatic unit and as a mentor and teacher in LGK, CodeClub, and other organizations.
He is a firm believer in the power of a dynamic corporate governance framework in the operation of the board. He sees it as a key safeguard for the protection of stakeholders and the integrity of the business, a testament to his unwavering commitment to ethical business practices.
