GOUTIÈRE Philippe, ABIL SA

Philippe Goutière is Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Médecins Sans Frontières Luxembourg, where he puts his expertise in finance and management at the service of the humanitarian organisation. As the guarantor of financial transparency and budgetary rigour, he ensures that resources are used efficiently to maximise the impact of MSF projects around the world.

Philippe is also a Director of reinsurance companies in Luxembourg and is the founder of ABIL SA, an insurance broker specialising in corporate insurance, particularly Directors' liability. He is a CFA charterholder and has been a member of ILA for many years.

Philippe is driven by a strong desire to act on behalf of the most vulnerable populations and to ensure the sustainability of MSF's interventions. His commitment illustrates his desire to combine professional expertise with humanitarian values.
