HÄGERTZ ENGSTAM Liselotte

Liselotte has over 15 years as a Chair and Non-Executive Board Director, she held international executive and CEO roles at global tech, engineering, and services firms in Europe, the US, and India. She has served on the boards of nine listed companies, seven private firms, and five foundations. She currently serves at both listed and private companies and foundations like the World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance Initiative.

Founder of the Think Tank Digoshen, she leads academic research on board practices, develops educational programs. She has co-authored works as “Leading a Board – Chairs' Practices Across Europe”, “AI Leadership for Boards” and “Board Dynamic Capabilities“, and she lectures at institutions like INSEAD. Recognized among the top 100 in Modern Corporate Governance, her current research focuses on boards and disruption, AI, and cyber resilience.

Her credentials include a Master’s in Engineering and Sustainability, INSEAD board certification, Fellowships at Harvard Institue of Coaching and Salzburg Global Corporate Governance Forum and certificates in climate risk governance and in AI business strategies from IMD and the Institute for the Future. Under the pseudonym Novisali, she explores sustainability, human connection and future foresight through digital and AI art.
