Eva Kupferschmidt is a senior associate in the corporate, banking and finance department of Elvinger Hoss Prussen. She joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2018 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019.

Eva’s fields of expertise are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as cross-border financing and refinancing transactions.

Eva holds a Magistra iuris from the University of Vienna (Universität Wien) and completed her Rechtspraktikum in Austria. She is fluent in English, French and German.
