Alexis is a certified company administrator in France and Luxembourg. He has had several mandates during his 25-year career in companies of all sizes, from start-ups to an American energy company with a turnover in excess of €2 billion.

He has experienced governance from several angles: as an independent Director, as an Executive Director and as a member of management. He has held mandates in private companies and non-profit organizations in several countries, including the USA, France and England.

Alexis trains company directors on certification programs for several national institutes of directors (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Morocco). His expertise is group dynamics and the relationship between management and the Board.
