MADHUR Jas

Jas is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in software development, project management, and governance across industries including aerospace, health tech, and regulatory compliance.

He began his career in 1993 at Hughes Aircraft on Canada’s Automated Air Traffic Control System, driving the shift from Waterfall to iterative methods and strengthening governance frameworks, before moving to Rational Software (IBM) to integrate governance into the Rational Unified Process and lecture at the University of British Columbia. Later, at Sierra Systems, he advanced governance in agile environments, developed project planning tools, and helped found Agile Vancouver and Agile Toronto. After relocating to Luxembourg in 2011, he worked on health insurance technology, compliance, and proposals at PwC, and in 2021 supported a startup in creating an AI-driven regulatory impact analysis tool.

Throughout his career, Jas has consistently emphasised governance as a foundation for compliance, efficiency, and resilience in technology-driven organisations.
