MEYERS Marc, Flux Advisors Sàrl

Marc started his career in 1998 and worked for more than 13 years for Deloitte, including 4 years as Partner responsible for Luxembourg SMEs. During his career, he conducted important assignments for FSP (fund management companies and asset managers), family businesses and the public sector.

From 2009 to 2011, Marc was President of the Ordre des Experts Comptables as well as a member of the Board of Directors of PROFIL (Federation of financial sector professionals). He was an advisor to the Management Committee of Raiffeisen Bank. As a trainer, he has been a regular speaker on subjects such as Luxembourg commercial law, internal control and accounting standards at the Institut de Réviseurs d'Entreprises, IFBL, and at various conferences.

From 2012 to 2022, Marc, chartered accountant and auditor, co-managed Flux - Fiduciaire du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg with Florence. He is specialised in wealth structuring and business transfers.

Since 2013, Marc has founded Flux Advisors and Flux Audit. Flux-Audit which became Baker Tilly Audit & Assurance where he works as a certified auditor and which he continues to manage in parallel with Flux Advisors acting as independent director, liquidator and expert at court, as well as advising company directors.
