Solenne Niedercorn-Desouches has a proven track record in both banking and ICT, including building a financial regulated entity from scratch, founding and assessing FinTech/RegTech, developing digital products (build and run), project management, and leading transformation in the
financial industry.
She is a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and the
Luxembourg Institute of Directors.
Currently, she serves as an independent advisor and non-executive director.
She is also the host of Finscale, a podcast that showcases innovations in the finance industry, covering topics such as banking, FinTech, insurance, InsurTech, investment, and more. The podcast is available on traditional podcast platforms, in French and English.
