NITELET Sylvia, TrAxxion S.A.

Sylvia has a master’s degree in management and International relationships from HEC. She is an expert in governance, project and change management after 20 years in different types of industry in Luxembourg (i.e finance, manufacturing,..). She has a project culture and is a transition manager to companies of all sizes from a variety of industries.

Passionate about working together, passing on and sharing experience, she's developed coaching and teaching skills to add the role of trainer to her activity. She also launched her own start-up and developed her own digital management product (SaaS). 

She is passionate about developing ideas and, as part of sevral idea tester programmes (i.e. HEC Liège, Nuyko), she supports project holders in the development and creation of their business model. She makes sustainability and transmission a priority when approaching governance and strategy. To develop these values and upgrade her toolbox she recently certified as BLeader.
