PAWELEK Maria

Maria is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Corporate Lawyer with 20+ years’ cross-border experience in M&A, private equity, real estate, ESG, and sustainability. 

She has held senior governance roles at Baker & McKenzie, Amazon, and SustainCERT, a carbon markets verifier, and today serves on boards and committees across funds, real assets, and carbon markets. 

Recognised by Paperjam as one of Luxembourg’s “100 Women for Your Board of Directors” and listed twice on the Legal 500 General Counsel Power List, she is INSEAD-qualified and an active member of ILA’s Think Tank Committee.
