SINGH Anil, Vistra Fund Management SA

Anil is Managing Director and one of the Conducting Officers of Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company (a Vistra group company), a third-party Chapter 15 UCITS Management Company and authorized AIFM.

Anil is also member of Board of Directors of Vistra Fund Management S.A.(authorized AIFM).

Anil has extensive experience and knowledge of CSSF requirements towards investment fund managers, fund structures, substance and operations and has also assisted many global asset managers in launching and fund formation of their Luxembourg funds, from UCITS to complex AIFs.

Previously, Anil was Conducting Officer and executive committee member at Adepa Asset Management, where he led teams of investment management, middle office and client relationship desks. Prior to this, Anil served as director in Carne group and also acted as independent director and conducting officer of fund of hedge funds and hedge funds.

Anil began his career as an investment analyst, and became a portfolio manager, managing funds and private portfolios, involved in macro research, asset allocation, portfolio optimization, risk management and trading.

He holds a Master’s in Financial Management degree from Vlerick Business School, Belgium, and Bachelors of Technology from Anna University, India.
