Lorenzo has over 20 years of compliance experience in the insurance industry (life and non-life, insurance distributors, insurers, reinsurers and PSA) in - and from - Luxembourg. He actively participates in the development of the Luxembourg sector through his contributions to ILA, ALCO, ACA, BIPAR and APCAL. His main areas of expertise are the fight against money laundering and combat terrorism financing, financial sanctions and compliance throughout the insurance ecosystem. He joined the consultancy firm KPMG, where, as an insurance hub stakeholder of the PSA, he leads advisory assignments in compliance, risk management and internal audit.
