Mickaël Tome is an attorney-at-law, registered with the Paris and Luxembourg Bars. He is a founding partner of Togouna Tome, a Luxembourg law firm specialized in data, privacy, cybersecurity, governance and social Impact.

Mickaël has more than 15 years of experience guiding organisations on complex issues, especially in the field of data protection. Before working as an independent lawyer, he gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry, then with two national data protection regulators (CNIL/FR, CNPD/LU), and with a first-tier IP & IT law firm in Luxembourg.

Mickaël holds Master’s Degrees in European Business Law and Legal Theory (University Paris Nanterre). He obtained certifications in privacy and data protection (CIPP/E, AFNOR DPO certification, ECPC-B Maastricht) and is also a certified Europrivacy Implementer.

He regularly speaks at conferences and delivers professional training for young DPOs in Luxembourg.
