Maxime Vandemaele – Conducting Officer in Charge of Compliance, AML/CTF and Complaint Handling. Mr. Vandemaele joined the Manager in January 2021 as Compliance Officer and is currently Director in Apollo EMEA Compliance department. Mr Vandemaele also holds the position of Responsible du Contrôle (MLRO) for both the Manager and the Fund. He joined Apollo from Aviva Investors where he was serving since 2018 within the European Compliance department. Mr Vandemaele started his career at Aztec Financial Services as Compliance Analyst. Mr. Vandemaele graduated with a LLB from Saint-Louis University, Brussels, with a LLM. in Corporate Law from University of Louvain and with a Post-grade Master in Business Management from the Louvain School of Management.
