ZAGHINI Thomas, KPMG Luxembourg

Thomas has been an Information Security Engineer at KPMG since 2021. He serves as the subject‑matter expert for vulnerability management and holds the ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification. His work focuses on protecting KPMG from internal and external threats and translating technical findings into risk‑based actions. In recent years, Thomas's team and him have significantly reduced the firm’s vulnerability footprint, lowering their exposure to threats. 

He has a master’s degree as Expert in Information Technologies from Epitech (Nancy) and an MSc in Networks and Network Security from the University of Kent. Although his background is technical, he is progressively moving into broader risk management and leadership, with a goal to become a CISO within the next 10 years.
