The ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee would like to invite ILA members and non-members to its new Breakfast Briefing Session, to be held on 6 June 2023.
This session focuses on the ESG requirements and the related supervisory measures to be implemented to monitor the compliance of companies with these new provisions.
The speaker will also provide insight regarding the update of the internal rules, procedures and policies to ensue compliance with the ESG requirements.
The breakfast will also cover the role and responsibilities of the board of directors regarding ESG compliance.
