In case of a SICAV, the AuM will be considered for the categorisation instead of the Net Turnover.
Please indicate your VAT number or N/A if not applicable.
Please attach an RCS extract of the entity ("company profile"), less than 3 months old.
Please indicate complete name & country of the regulator, and if relevant, the regulatory ID / number of the entity

Please indicate the details of the person filling the form and which will be the main contact point with ILA
Please indicate here any specific requirement regarding the invoicing (Purchase order, different recipient for training or sponsoring invoices...
Your website URL will be displayed in our members directory on our website.
Your logo will be displayed in our members directory on our website.
The description of your services will be displayed in our members directory on our website.

The pictures of your affiliated members will be displayed in our members directory on our website.

In the event the applicant entity  cannot affirm any of the above declarations,  you may provide additional remarks which shall be considered by ILA in assessing the applicant entity’s application.
