"CSSF/AED Inspections: What CGOs Need to Know"
Regulatory inspections are becoming an increasingly important part of the compliance landscape for Luxembourg entities. Both the CSSF and the AED have stepped up their oversight, issuing requests for information, conducting on-site visits, and enforcing sanctions.
The aim of this Forum is to discuss (i) the main trends and focus areas of recent inspections, (ii) the role of the CGO in preparing and responding effectively, and (iii) to share practical lessons learned and experiences from the field.

Practical details
The registration to the Forum is free of charge for ILA members and invoiced EUR 50.00 (VAT excluded) for non-ILA members.
Please note that only one delegate from each Company can be present at the debate in order to have a larger diversity in the group.
