"Luxembourg National Identification Number (LNIN) 3 months later – what’s next?"
During this forum, the audience will receive a feedback on the process to obtain LNINs for foreign natural persons 3 months after the implementation of the new requirement.
The new law of January 23 2025 amending the law of 19 December 2022 concerning the commercial register and companies as well as the accounting and annual accounts of businesses and the law of January 13 2019 on the Luxembourg Beneficial Owner Register will also be discussed.
There will be an open discussion to share experience on the topic and answer questions.

Practical details
The registration to the Forum is free of charge for ILA members and invoiced EUR 50.00 (VAT excluded) for non-ILA members.
Please note that only one delegate from each Company can be present at the debate in order to have a larger diversity in the group.
