Corporate integrity and ethics are often prominently highlighted in corporate reports and extensively discussed (including during Board meetings), and yet corporate frauds and scandals are still very much a reality, and a number of reports show that a certain degree of unethical behaviour could even be “tolerated in (their) organisations”.
