ILA Company Secretary Forum on the topic
“What is the perfect tool to help CoSec in their work?”
More and more tools are available to assist cosec and ease their daily work. The aim of this forum is to discuss (i) the CoSec needs in terms of software to assist them in their work and (ii) the different board management software available and their efficiency.

The ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Professional Committee has created a Forum designed to provide a proactive discussion amongst company secretaries and governances professionals, on a Chatham House Rules basis, regarding key topics they face in the execution of their activities. The format of the Forum is such that typically each session will be focused on a specific topic, but the discussion is not limited to only that topic. Suggestions for future topics of discussion are welcome.
Participants are expected to actively contribute to the discussion.
The registration to the Forum is free of charge for ILA members and invoiced EUR 30.00 (VAT excluded) for non-ILA members. The prices are available on the event page on the ILA website.
Please note that only one delegate from each Company can be present at the debate in order to have a larger diversity in the group.
When registering to the Forum, please login to your account (if you have an account with ILA) before choosing the event ticket. Once registered, a confirmation email with the connection details will be sent to the registrants.

This Forum will take place on Zoom. A link and dial-in number will be provided to all participants in their email confirmation and again one day before the event as a reminder.
We are running the CoSec Forum Series on regular basis and welcome your feedback on which topics would be of interest to you for future sessions.
